Nothing.
Everything.

The name is completely wrong other than it is a motel in America. It is extremely far from the Best, it is definitely not a value, and it's debatable whether it is an Inn.

Convenient to airport, shuttle available, and room was okay.
Wireless was not as promised.

Price was right. Hotel room was clean, adequate in all respects, except wireless access. Front desk was friendly and apologetic. The internet, but did say that I could come to the lobby any time, he or someone else would be there 24/7. The shuttle service was on time. Problem for me was that I was wearing a boot for my ankle and stairs were necessary for shuttle access. ...read more

Price.
The smell of the room.

It was
okay for a quick overnight in the middle of an overnight flight. I would not recommend it for a longer stay for for fun.

Friendly staff.
Checkin time is 2pm that is not acceptable, No Iron bord and box in room,
you need to carry from front desk, the Hair dryer too and found not working.

1. Check in time 2pm! is not at all acceptable. 2. No Iron board and box in the room, I need to carry them from front desk, crazy. 3. No hair dryer, carry it from front desk, If you realized what are not there and what can be carried from front desk in one shot you are lucky, other wise, you keep on making rounds to the front desk. Finally ended up the dryer was not working and tired enough to go to the front desk to exchange. 4. The trash disposal used the lift, and left all foul smelling liquids all around the walkways and inside the lift. Got vomiting sensation, we used stairs the next time. If you are traveling alone, and don't care much about these facilities, this is a good hotel. ...read more

Coffee, tea, microwave, toaster, breads, fruit in the morning.
Broken deadbolt, spotty internet access, housekeeping poor.

Through countless ownerships, this establishment has come to where it is. Spotty Internet access. Housekeeping would keep taking my used cups, but never replacing them. They skipped me one day all together. Good 24 hour front desk, just knock on the window to wake him. The deadbolt on the door was broken, half missing. Cheap one star. Not worth the $58 a night I paid, certainly not the $62 they were getting on the outside. (Not much of a savings is it?) ...read more

This hotel was not friendly at all. I got lost going to the hotel and called them to ask for help and the person who answered the phone said he couldn't help me. Me and my young children was lost for 3 hours. When we finally found the hotel
at 1:00 am they still charge me full price for staying there for a total of 6 hrs.
